Today my daughter and I made little Halloween treats for my daughter's friends who live next door. These are a little sweet treats are perfect for a cold and rainy day like today - both to make and to enjoy!
We chose some sprinkles and put them in a small bowl.
Then we melted white chocolate in a double boiler.
Once the chocolate was melted, we dipped large marshmallows into the chocolate and then......
we rolled the marshmallows in our bowl of sprinkles and put them on a piece of parchment paper to harden.
To dress them up to give as gifts, we put two of them in a little plastic bag and tied the top with a silver twist tie.
In a bigger plastic gift bag, we put packets of hot chocolate and then put in our wrapped marshmallows.
We tied the bags with a colorful ribbon.
To complete the gift, my daughter made a "Happy Halloween" card.
Then her gift was ready to share!
