This is a Christmas treat recipe dedicated to my mom. She bought the pretzels and gave a few instructions on how to make them. They were so easy.....my daughter ended up making them! Here's what she did:
She put a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Next, she laid out waffle shaped pretzels.
Then she placed striped Hershey Kisses on top.
She put them in a 200 degree oven until the kisses became shiny and the peaks began to melt. She took them out and immediately pressed a red or green M&M into the melted kiss.
Because we live in Minnesota, our front step is perfect for cooling the chocolate.
These were a big hit with the "boys" in our family.....a little sweet and a little salty. We've hidden them until all of our baking is done!
