Butterscotch - Caramel Rolls

Sunday night dinners are usually a simple affair in our house.  A favorite is breakfast for dinner - omelets, scrambled eggs, french toast, pancakes, sausages, bacon.  I feel a bit like a short order cook, making breakfast dishes to everyone's specifications.  BUT.....I think everyone, including me, looks forward to these dinners.

Tonight I thought I'd add something special to our breakfast dinner - super simple caramel rolls.  These rolls only take four ingredients:  butterscotch cook & serve pudding, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar and 1/2 cup of butter.

Plus frozen dinner rolls.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Melt the butter and add to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
Toss in the frozen rolls - about 20 of them - stirring to coat them.
Coat a bundt pan or an angel food cake pan with non-stick cooking spray and add the rolls.
Cover the pan with spray coated with the cooking spray and put someplace warm to rise.

It takes about 8 hours for the rolls to rise or you can put them together the night before and they'll be ready for breakfast in the morning.
Bake in a 375 degree oven until rolls are brown.
Invert the pan onto a large plate.  The rolls can be pulled apart to eat.

ENJOY!
