My middle child hasn't been feeling well this evening and he wanted me to stay close and watch the hockey game with him. (He also needs his head rubbed, his water glass filled and refilled, chicken soup, ice cream and an ice pack for his head.) I'm not one for hockey but I'm a sucker for a sick child so as long as I had my laptop, I could keep one eye on my son and the other "surfing" the web.
In between mom/nurse duty, I found a website that I think all of my foodie friends are really going to like. I instantly added it to my favorites list. Here is a link to www.101cookbooks.com to this great food cooking/food website. Her descriptions are incredible and her recipes are decadently simple. There are a few using yogurt that would be great for lunch - for both my daughter and me. She even has travel notes on some of her favorite places to eat or to visit. I read her section on Paris…….makes me want to go back……soon!
Well, it's a short blog post tonight as I'm finding my mom/nurse duties are increasing as the evening goes on. Maybe once he goes to bed for the night, I'll be able to read this website from beginning to end!
