Here is the recipe.
Take a papaya or two or three.......
and 1/2 cup of red onion.......
and dice them and put them in a bowl.
To the onion and papaya, add 2 cloves of garlic,
3 Tablespoons of rice or cider vinegar,
2 teaspoons of hot sauce,
2 teaspoons of sugar,
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
and 1/4 cup of cilantro.
Mix and.......
