Quick Cookie

This is a similar recipe to a couple I have shared in the past.  But it's so super easy and a great treat for kiddos who are out of school for the summer.  It only takes two ingredients if you're in a time crunch, otherwise, whip up your favorite cookie recipe to use in the first step.

Here are the ingredients you need:  mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (you could also use Rolo candies too) and ready made cookie dough (any flavor).
Put a teaspoon of cookie dough in each spot of a mini muffin tin and bake as directed.

While the muffin/cookies are baking, peel the Peanut Butter Cups or the Rolos.
When the muffin/cookies are golden, remove them from the oven and press a candy into them.

Put them back in the oven for a minute or two until the candy starts to melt.
Cool them and then remove them from the pan.  I have to hide at least one for myself because they are "gone in a flash"!
